Leveraging Screens for Social Change

Entertainment narratives have the power to capture our attention, shift our perceptions of the world around us, and even move us to action on a host of social issues. Join us for a captivating discussion on the evolving realm of social impact entertainment – sometimes called narrative change or culture change. We will hear perspectives from foundations on the front-line of investments in such approaches and the USC Norman Lear Center, which for nearly 25 years has both studied and shaped the impact of entertainment on society. Uncover effective strategies and challenges in leveraging screen-based media  in the quest for meaningful change.
